Ed is a retired US Air Force officer and a retired Lockheed Martin Space company senior engineer. He married his best friend in 1995, and he and Joy have enjoyed traveling the world, primarily through cruising. They currently live in Titusville, Florida, across the Indian River from Ed’s last job at the Kennedy Space Center. They enjoy watching the space launches from their “Rocket Porch”, so dubbed by their former neighbors in Denver, Colorado.
Ed has written a diary for almost every trip he and Joy have taken. Our friends’ interest in our Around-The-World cruise on the Oceania Insignia inspired him to develop his first blog to share the travels with friends at home! He hopes this will allow everyone to enjoy the world vicariously and be inspired to seek out travels of their own.
