Packing and Prep for Asia!

Greetings, fellow travel supporters!

We are frantically juggling numerous balls as we prepare to join the Oceania Insignia 2024 World Cruise that started a few months ago!

I’ll lay this on the table and be done:

1. We are purchasing a new home in Durham, North Carolina! Closing was Feb 29th!
2. We have our Titusville, Florida, condo on the market. It is staged and showings have begun!
3. Great friends like Lu and Duane Kroeger, Judy Long, and Kandy Davis, as well as Dr and Mrs Chapla have been instrumental in helping us get the condo prepped for listing!
4. We have signed a contract with a moving company to pack and move us when we return from the cruise at the end of May! They are prepared to move us earlier if our buyer needs to take possession before we return, and we have people willing to oversee the packing and loading and unloading for us, but they keep harassing us to sign off on Docu-Sign agreements before we leave the country!
5. We are having a new HVAC system installed in the new home as soon as we take possession in March!
6. Judy Long is our Trusted Housesitter for this trip, and we had to work hard to keep the dogs from stressing out!

Whew! That’s a lot of exclamation points!

We’re really looking forward to beginning the travel and take our minds off the house and condo for a little while!
