Hej! God morgon! (Hello! Good morning!)
Rain, rain, go away! It’s the 31st of May! 2022, that is. We are already swinging around to back up to our berth in Visby when I awake. Cold, and drizzly.
We pull up to the dock. The people who get to go ashore get to walk all of the way past the first blue buildings – the shuttle and tour buses pick them up there.
I watched several umbrellas get turned inside out today! It always happened once they made it to the dock – that’s where the air clocked back and forth pretty severely!
The city’s waterfront looks cute – too bad the weather sucks today!
Visby Cathedral looms high in the distance.
An intact windmill resides on the hill (another without it’s vanes is up there, too).
The rain never lets up. Finally it’s time to leave!
We turn left and head out!
We say hedjå (goodbye) to Visby! Next port – Ronne, Sweden!
